What is an Intranet Website: An Intranet website is a website that is used for internal personnel of your company.
Fully Customizable: Intranet websites can have any feature you would need.  Anywhere from Company News and Company Memos to a Calendar or even a Company Directory of Employees, we can create it for specifically for the details you need.
Time Clock: This feature allows you to keep track of your employee clock in/out times from your intranet website, making it easier for you to manage your company and saving you time.  If your employee(s) forget to clock in/out on the correct time, with this feature, it can be easily be straightened out.
Calendar: The calendar can  keep track of all holidays, important events and employee personal days.  This feature can be updated at any time
Company News: The News Feature allows you to post any news about your company for employees logged onto the website to read.  As you gather more news, you can add to your list, making more news posts as you need to.
Employee Handbook: The Employee Handbook allows you to post your company policies on the intranet website, allowing for easy access to it.  If new policies come into effect you can add them to this feature.  If a policy is dropped, you can also remove it.
Links: This allows you to add resourceful and useful links for your employees to use.  As you find new links to add, this feature makes it easy to add them.
Company Memos: This allows you to leave reminders for your employees.  This is updateable as you get new memos to add.
Forum: This feature allows your employees to post information on a forum and gives others the option to reply to the information post.
Forum Topics: The Forum Topics feature works with the Forum.  This allows for the last few posts on the forum to be linked to the home page of your intranet website.
Events: The Events feature works with the calendar.  This makes it possible to post events for the week on the home page of your intranet website and link to the calendar page.  This way you do not have to post the entire calendar on the main page of your intranet website.
Administration Links: This will allow you administer your website.  All of the updateable features will be within this area.

I've read about link exchanges a lot recently. I've seen a lot of people who say that their predictions that link exchange would stop working saying that they were right, and that they don't work, and that they in fact hurt your website. Let's stop right there. Proclaiming the death of link exchanges is still a little premature.
