How to Use the Calendar Admin Area

Active: By choosing yes, it will make the event viewable on the calendar. By choosing no, you can edit it later to make it viewable.

Short Title: This is what it is named as in the weekly events section.

Long TItle: This is what shows up when you mouse over the short title.

Description: This is a where you describe the event you are adding to the calendar.

Date: This is the first date the event occurs on, You can change this date to any day.

Event Recurs: This box must be checked for the rest of the below options to appear.

If your chosen event is going to recur, the following will help you decide upon the structure.

Event Recurs: This box must be checked for the rest of the below options to appear.

Daily: This allows the event to recur every day.

Weekly: This allows the event to recur on the same day every week.

Bi-Weekly: This allows the event to recur on the same day every 2 weeks.

Every So Many Days: This allows you to set an amount of days for the event to recur on.

Monthly Same as Above: This allows the event to recur on the same day (numerical) of every month.

The Same Day Each Month: This allows you to select certain days of the week/month for the event to recur on.

Event Stops Recurring: Select this box if the event has an end date for the series.

Event Does Not Stop Recurring: Select this date if you would like for it to repeat forever.

Event List: The list at the bottom is all of the events currently in the database. Clicking on one of them will load it into the fields at the top for editing.
