WESPATT Quick Remove Cluster Sheaves incorporate our unique shafting and bracket. Mill has complete access to rope sheave for repair, examination or replacement. Maintenance is easy and fast. Standard equipment includes proven Type 4A bearings for "on-the-run" lubrication in non-contaminated dryer requirements and an alternate bearing design for size press after sections and other contaminated areas.

Why specify cluster sheave?

Sometimes, mills need to engage the rope system when it is needed and disengage it when it is not needed.  This requirement calls for an "Independent Driven" rope threading system and requires an independent power source, such as a (AC) variable speed motor drive to drive the ropes.  In this "Independent Driven" design, all roll sheaves must be free wheeling to permit the rolls to turn while the rope system is stopped or crawling. WESPATT cluster sheaves eliminate need for larger, more expenseive roll journal mounted bearing. For traditional free wheeling roll sheaves consider specifying cluster sheaves on all rolls above 20" in diameter.

I've read about link exchanges a lot recently. I've seen a lot of people who say that their predictions that link exchange would stop working saying that they were right, and that they don't work, and that they in fact hurt your website. Let's stop right there. Proclaiming the death of link exchanges is still a little premature.
